Inviting your team and setting roles

Revenue Proven supports multi-user workspaces. Invite colleagues by email so they can view dashboards, run reports, and collaborate without sharing login credentials.

Sharing your Revenue Proven workspace with colleagues means the whole marketing and revenue operations team works from the same attribution data without needing separate integrations or spreadsheet exports.

How to invite a team member

Go to Settings and open the Team section. Enter your colleague's work email address and click Send Invite. They will receive an email with an invitation link. If they do not already have a Revenue Proven account, the link will prompt them to create one first. Once they accept, they join your workspace as a viewer and can access all dashboard pages immediately.

What team members can and cannot do

  • Team members can view all dashboard pages: Company Insights, Campaign Analytics, Customer Journey, Media Planning, Audience Explorer, and Ads Manager.
  • Team members can run reports, export data, and use saved views.
  • Team members cannot connect or disconnect integrations — only the workspace owner can do that.
  • Team members cannot change billing settings, invite additional members, or delete the workspace.
  • You can revoke access at any time from the Team settings page.
  • The number of seats available depends on your plan tier.

Typical team configurations

Most teams invite the paid media manager who runs LinkedIn campaigns, the demand generation manager who owns the attribution narrative, and one or two sales or revenue operations colleagues who need visibility into influenced pipeline for pipeline reviews. Sharing the workspace removes the need to export and email spreadsheets each week and ensures everyone is discussing the same numbers.
