Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This policy defines acceptable and prohibited use of RevenueProven. It applies to all users of our platform. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.

API Integration Rules

  • Must only connect accounts you're authorized to use
  • Respect rate limits imposed by LinkedIn and HubSpot
  • Don't use our service to circumvent third-party API restrictions
  • Don't automate actions outside our provided interface
  • Don't attempt to access data beyond your authorized scope

Data Scraping

  • Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from our platform is prohibited
  • Don't use bots or automated tools to access our service outside our API
  • Don't aggregate our data for redistribution or resale

Third-Party Platform Terms

You must comply with LinkedIn's terms when using LinkedIn Ads data. You must comply with HubSpot's terms when using CRM data. Violation of third-party terms through our service is a violation of this policy.

Reverse Engineering

  • Don't decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our software
  • Don't attempt to extract source code, algorithms, or data structures
  • Don't create derivative works based on our service
  • Don't bypass technical restrictions or access controls

Security

  • Don't attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerability of our systems without written permission
  • Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
  • Don't interfere with service availability (DDoS, etc.)
  • Don't transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Report security vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected]

Illegal Activities

  • Don't use our service for any activity that violates applicable laws
  • Don't use our service to infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Don't use our service to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Don't use our service for fraud or deceptive practices

Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. We investigate reports of abuse. The severity of our response will be proportional to the violation. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
