Using the date range filter

Using the date range filter

The unified date range selector controls which lookback window applies across Company Insights, Campaign Analytics, and other dashboard pages simultaneously — here is how it works.

The date range selector appears at the top of most dashboard pages. It controls the window of LinkedIn engagement data used to calculate impressions, influenced pipeline, and all other attribution metrics on that page.

The date range selector persists across page navigation so switching from Company Insights to Campaign Analytics keeps the same window active.

Preset windows and what they are best for

  • Last 7 days: best for reviewing this week's hot accounts and the most recent campaign activity.
  • Last 30 days: the default and a reliable choice for monthly reporting cycles.
  • Last 60 days: a useful mid-range view for campaigns that run four to eight weeks.
  • Last 90 days: shows a full quarter of pipeline influence — useful for board or leadership reporting.
  • Last 180 days: best for enterprise sales cycles where deals take months to advance through stages.

Custom date ranges

You can also pick a custom date range using the calendar picker. Custom ranges outside the 180-day window will not include LinkedIn engagement data beyond what has already been synced. Revenue Proven maintains rolling windows rather than fixed calendar periods, so a company that had an impression 45 days ago will appear in the 60-day window but not the 30-day window — this is expected behaviour.

How the date range affects attribution

Changing the date range changes which deals are counted as influenced. A deal is attributed if the associated company had at least one LinkedIn impression during the selected window. Shorter windows show only recent influence; longer windows capture accounts that were engaged weeks or months before a deal moved. Your selected range persists across page navigation within a session, so Company Insights and Campaign Analytics always reflect the same window.
