Create your account and set up your workspace

Sign up with your work email, verify your address, and understand how workspaces work before connecting integrations or inviting teammates. The whole process takes about five minutes.

This guide walks through creating your Revenue Proven account, verifying your email, and understanding the workspace model so you know what to expect before connecting integrations.

Sign up and verify your email

Go to the sign-up page, enter your work email address, and choose a password. Revenue Proven sends a verification email straight away. Click the link in that email to activate your account. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or request a new verification link from the login page.

  • Use a work email address so teammates can find you when they accept an invitation.
  • Passwords must be at least eight characters. You can reset at any time from the login page.
  • Each account belongs to exactly one workspace. If a colleague invites you to their workspace, you join as a team member rather than creating a separate one.
  • Workspace data is fully isolated from other accounts — your CRM data and attribution reports are visible only to you and the teammates you invite.

How workspaces work

Your workspace is the container for all integrations, sync data, saved views, scheduled reports, and team members. You own the workspace and control which integrations are connected. Team members you invite can view dashboards and run reports but cannot change connections or billing settings. Every integration and its associated sync data lives inside the workspace, so switching accounts or clearing data affects all team members equally.
