No data appears in the dashboard after my first sync

You connected LinkedIn and ran a sync, but the attribution table and campaign views show empty states. First syncs take time, but a missing ad account selection or inactive campaigns are the most common causes of a genuinely empty dashboard.

You connected LinkedIn Ads, triggered your first sync, and waited, but the dashboard still shows empty tables, zero companies, and no attribution data. The sync status may show as complete but nothing appears.

Sync status panel showing pipeline phases and progress
Data populates progressively as each sync phase completes. Empty states are normal until the attribution phase finishes.

Why this happens

Data appears phase by phase. The attribution table needs LinkedIn engagement data before it can run matching and show results. If no ad account is selected in Settings, the sync has nothing to pull. If the selected account has no campaign activity within the past 180 days, LinkedIn returns no company engagement data and the dashboard stays empty. CRM deal attribution also requires at least one CRM integration to be connected and synced.

How to fix it

  • Go to Settings and Connected Accounts and confirm at least one LinkedIn Ads account is selected. If nothing is selected, the sync has no source to pull from.
  • Check that the selected ad account has had active campaigns within the last 180 days. Accounts with no recent activity produce no company-level engagement data.
  • Wait at least 30 minutes after the sync completes, then do a hard refresh of the dashboard by pressing Cmd+Shift+R on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows.
  • Confirm your LinkedIn connection is still Active under Settings and Connections. If it shows Disconnected, reconnect and run the sync again.
  • Connect a CRM if you have one. Without HubSpot or Salesforce, Revenue Proven can show LinkedIn-engaged companies but cannot show matched deals or influenced revenue.
  • Try changing the date range filter to Last 180 days. If your campaigns ran more than 30 days ago, a shorter window may be filtering out all your data.

Still stuck?

Contact support with your LinkedIn Ads account ID. We can verify whether the sync phases completed successfully and whether LinkedIn returned any engagement data for your account during the selected period.
