I can't log in or my password reset email never arrived

You enter your credentials and see an invalid password error, or you requested a password reset and nothing arrived. Account lockouts, the wrong email address, and spam filters are the most common causes.

You cannot log into Revenue Proven despite entering what you believe is the correct password, or you clicked Forgot Password, entered your email, and the reset link never appeared in your inbox.

Why this happens

The most common causes are using the wrong email address (for example, a work alias versus the address you registered with), a password manager autofilling outdated credentials, or the reset email landing in spam. If you were invited to a teammate's workspace, you must log in with the email address the invite was sent to.

How to fix it

  • Double-check the email address you are using to log in. Try every address you might have used to sign up, including work aliases and personal addresses.
  • Clear your browser's saved passwords for revenueproven.com or temporarily disable your password manager to rule out autofill inserting outdated credentials.
  • Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and wait up to 5 minutes for the reset email to arrive.
  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the reset email. Look for a subject line containing the word "password" or "Revenue Proven".
  • Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If you requested a reset yesterday and are only trying the link now, request a fresh one.
  • If you originally signed up with a social login, you may not have a password set. Try any alternative login options shown on the login page.

Still stuck?

Contact support via the /contact page, which does not require you to be logged in. Include the email address you believe you registered with and we will help you regain access.
