A specific campaign is missing from the dashboard

You know a LinkedIn campaign is running but it does not appear in Campaign Analytics or the attribution table. The campaign may belong to a different ad account, be outside the sync lookback window, or simply have no engagement data yet.

You ran a LinkedIn campaign and expected to see it in Campaign Analytics or as a source of company engagement, but it is not showing up anywhere in the dashboard.

Campaign Analytics shows data only for campaigns in your selected ad account with engagement within the active lookback windows.

Why this happens

Revenue Proven only pulls campaigns from the ad account you selected in Settings. If the campaign lives in a different ad account, it will not appear. The sync also covers fixed lookback windows of 7, 30, 60, 90, and 180 days from the time of each sync run. Campaigns that ended more than 180 days ago will not appear, and campaigns launched very recently may not yet have enough engagement data for LinkedIn to return company-level results.

How to fix it

  • Go to Settings and Connected Accounts and confirm the ad account that contains the missing campaign is selected.
  • Change the date range filter on the dashboard to Last 180 days to maximize the visible window.
  • Trigger a manual sync to ensure the latest campaign data has been pulled from LinkedIn.
  • Open LinkedIn Campaign Manager and confirm the campaign had at least some impressions or clicks within the selected date range. Campaigns with zero engagement produce no company-level data regardless of status.
  • If the campaign is in a separate LinkedIn ad account that you have not connected, go to Settings and Connected Accounts and add that account.
  • Brand-new campaigns launched in the last 24 to 48 hours may not yet have enough engagement for LinkedIn to return company-level results. Check back after the next sync.
