Attribution shows zero influenced revenue or pipeline
Your dashboard shows LinkedIn-engaged companies but the influenced revenue and pipeline columns all read zero. The matching step between LinkedIn companies and CRM deals likely did not find any overlap, often due to missing website domains in your CRM.
You can see LinkedIn companies in the attribution table, your CRM is connected and synced, but the Influenced Revenue and Influenced Pipeline columns show zero or dashes across every row.

Why this happens
Revenue Proven matches LinkedIn companies to CRM records using domain matching first, then fuzzy name matching as a fallback. Matching fails when CRM company records have no website domain populated, when the LinkedIn company domain differs from the CRM website field, or when company names differ significantly between the two systems. It is also possible your CRM has deals but none are associated with companies that engaged with your LinkedIn ads within the selected date window.
How to fix it
- In your CRM, check that company records have a website domain filled in. Domain matching is far more reliable than name matching and catches cases where company names differ between LinkedIn and your CRM.
- Compare a few company names between the LinkedIn-engaged companies visible in Revenue Proven and the corresponding CRM records. Look for abbreviations, extra words, or spelling differences that would prevent a fuzzy match.
- Make sure your CRM deals are associated with company records and not only with contacts or leads. Revenue Proven traces the deal through the company association.
- Expand the date range filter to Last 90 days or Last 180 days. If deals closed outside the visible window, they will not appear even if the company match succeeds.
- After updating CRM company domains, run a fresh manual sync. The matching phase re-runs with every sync and will pick up the corrected data.
- For Salesforce users, confirm that Opportunity records are linked to Account objects. Revenue Proven cannot attribute revenue to deals linked only to Contacts.
