What does the sync pipeline do and how often does it run?
The sync pipeline is a multi-phase background process that fetches LinkedIn engagement and CRM data, matches companies across both systems, and recalculates attribution. It runs daily by default and can be triggered manually at any time.
The sync pipeline is what keeps your Revenue Proven dashboard current. It runs automatically once per day in the background and can also be triggered manually from the Connections page whenever you want fresher data.
What happens during a sync
Each sync runs roughly 25 phases in order. It starts by discovering all campaigns in your connected ad account, then pulls company-level engagement data from the LinkedIn Ad Analytics API across five lookback windows. After the LinkedIn phases complete, it imports your CRM companies and deals, runs three-phase company matching, recalculates attribution, and prefetches audience data for the Audience Explorer.
- Campaign search: finds all active campaigns in your ad account
- Org ID pull: fetches engaged company IDs per lookback window from LinkedIn
- Org lookup: resolves LinkedIn organization IDs to company names and websites
- CRM pull: imports companies, deals, and pipeline stages from HubSpot or Salesforce
- Matching: links LinkedIn organizations to CRM company records
- Attribution: calculates influenced pipeline and revenue figures
Schedule, progress, and resumability
The daily sync runs automatically and the Connections page shows its current phase and last-completed timestamp in real time. If a sync is interrupted by a LinkedIn API outage or a network hiccup, it picks up from its last checkpoint on the next scheduled run rather than starting over.

Why this matters for influenced pipeline
Revenue Proven connects LinkedIn Ads engagement to CRM revenue at the company level, so B2B teams can prove which campaigns influenced real pipeline and closed-won deals. When you are working with influenced pipeline, the goal is always the same: tie marketing activity back to revenue you can defend in front of your leadership team.
Revenue Proven keeps the answer grounded in your own connected data. It pulls company-level engagement from the LinkedIn Ad Analytics API across five lookback windows (180, 90, 60, 30, and 7 days), matches those companies to HubSpot or Salesforce accounts by domain and name, and surfaces influenced pipeline and influenced revenue alongside a company-by-company journey timeline. That means the figures you see here reflect the accounts your campaigns actually reached, not estimates or modeled guesses.
If anything in this area looks unexpected, re-check that your LinkedIn Ads and CRM connections are active and that a recent sync has completed, then refresh the page.
