
How do Scheduled Email Reports work?
Scheduled Email Reports let you configure recurring CSV or PDF attribution summaries delivered to your inbox on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence without logging in.
Scheduled Email Reports send you attribution data on a regular cadence without requiring you to log in to the dashboard. You configure a report category, choose the metrics you care about, set a delivery schedule, and Revenue Proven does the rest.

How to set up a scheduled report
- Navigate to the Ads Report section of your dashboard
- Open the Scheduled Reports panel
- Select a report category (preset or custom)
- Choose the metrics to include using the metric picker
- Set the delivery schedule: daily, weekly, or monthly
- Select the delivery format: CSV or PDF
- Save the schedule and the first report arrives at the next scheduled interval
Custom report categories
Beyond the four preset report categories, you can create custom categories that group specific metrics relevant to your reporting needs. Revenue Proven can suggest a name for your custom category using the AI name suggestion feature. You can have up to five active scheduled reports per account.
Who receives the reports
Reports are sent to the email address on your account. If you want to share reports with a colleague who doesn't have a Revenue Proven account, consider adding them as a team member or forwarding the report email to them manually.
