
What does onboarding look like when I sign up?
After registering and verifying your email, an onboarding checklist guides you through connecting LinkedIn Ads and your CRM, running your first sync, and exploring your first attribution results.
Onboarding in Revenue Proven is structured around a checklist that appears on your dashboard home after you log in for the first time. Each step is actionable and takes you directly to the relevant part of the product.
The onboarding steps
- Verify your email address after registration
- Connect your LinkedIn Ads account via OAuth
- Connect your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) via OAuth
- Select the ad account or accounts you want to sync
- Run your first sync to pull LinkedIn engagement and CRM data
- Explore the Company Insights table to see matched companies
- Review Campaign Analytics to see which campaigns drove engagement
How long the first sync takes
The first sync pulls data across all five lookback windows (7, 30, 60, 90, and 180 days), which takes longer than subsequent syncs. Depending on the size of your LinkedIn ad account and CRM, the first sync can take anywhere from a few minutes to around 30 minutes. After that, daily automatic syncs run incrementally and finish much faster.
