How do I invite teammates to my workspace?

Workspace owners invite teammates by email from the team management page; invitees receive a link, register if needed, and join the workspace automatically on acceptance.

Inviting a teammate to your Revenue Proven workspace takes a few seconds. Only the workspace owner can send invitations.

Enter an email address and click Send Invite to add a teammate to your workspace.

Steps to invite a teammate

  • Navigate to Settings and open the Team section
  • Enter your teammate's email address in the invite form
  • Click "Send Invite" to send the invitation email
  • The invitee clicks the link in the email to accept
  • If they do not have a Revenue Proven account, they register first and are then joined to your workspace automatically

What happens after they accept

Once the invitation is accepted, the new member appears in your team list with a viewer role. They can log in and immediately see your workspace dashboards. You can revoke access at any time from the same team settings page, and revoked members lose access immediately on next login.

Seat limits

You can only invite up to the seat limit for your current plan. If you've reached that limit, upgrade your plan to add more members or revoke an existing member's access to free up a slot.
