Where is my data stored and what is the data residency?

All Revenue Proven production infrastructure runs on servers in Singapore, so your attribution data, sync records, and uploaded assets are stored in the Singapore region.

All Revenue Proven production infrastructure is hosted in Singapore. This includes the PostgreSQL database, the Redis cache, the application servers, and the self-hosted object storage for backups and uploaded assets.

What is stored in Singapore

  • All attribution data: company matches, deal associations, campaign metrics
  • CRM sync data pulled from HubSpot and Salesforce
  • LinkedIn Ads engagement data and organization records
  • Encrypted OAuth tokens for LinkedIn and CRM connections
  • User accounts, workspace settings, and preferences
  • Daily database backups on self-hosted object storage

Implications for EU and other regions

If your organization is subject to GDPR or other regional data-protection regulations, storing data in Singapore may be relevant to your compliance assessment. Revenue Proven does not currently offer region-specific deployments or the option to choose an alternative storage region. If your compliance requirements restrict data transfer outside a specific jurisdiction, contact Revenue Proven to discuss your situation before subscribing.

Why this matters for data protection

Revenue Proven connects LinkedIn Ads engagement to CRM revenue at the company level, so B2B teams can prove which campaigns influenced real pipeline and closed-won deals. When you are working with data protection, the goal is always the same: tie marketing activity back to revenue you can defend in front of your leadership team.

Revenue Proven keeps the answer grounded in your own connected data. It pulls company-level engagement from the LinkedIn Ad Analytics API across five lookback windows (180, 90, 60, 30, and 7 days), matches those companies to HubSpot or Salesforce accounts by domain and name, and surfaces influenced pipeline and influenced revenue alongside a company-by-company journey timeline. That means the figures you see here reflect the accounts your campaigns actually reached, not estimates or modeled guesses.

If anything in this area looks unexpected, re-check that your LinkedIn Ads and CRM connections are active and that a recent sync has completed, then refresh the page.
