How do I connect HubSpot to Revenue Proven?

Connect HubSpot from the Connections page using OAuth. Revenue Proven needs read access to companies, deals, and pipeline stages to run attribution calculations.

HubSpot is one of two CRM integrations in Revenue Proven. Connecting it lets the sync pipeline import your company records, deal values, pipeline stages, and close dates, which are then matched against LinkedIn engagement data to produce attribution results.

Steps to connect HubSpot

  • Navigate to Connections in the sidebar
  • Click Connect next to HubSpot
  • You will be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the app
  • Select the HubSpot portal you want to connect
  • Click Grant Access to complete the OAuth flow

What data Revenue Proven reads

Revenue Proven reads companies including name, domain, and HubSpot company ID; deals including amount, close date, pipeline stage, and associated company; and pipeline stage definitions. It does not read contacts, notes, emails, tasks, or any other HubSpot objects. Nothing is ever written back to HubSpot.

HubSpot user permissions

The user who completes the OAuth flow needs at minimum read access on Companies and Deals. Super Admin is not required. If the connecting user later loses their HubSpot access or has permissions downgraded, Revenue Proven will show a connection error on the next sync and prompt you to reconnect.
