Manage your plan, invoices, and payment methods.
RevenueProven offers three plans: Starter ($149/mo), Growth ($349/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing). All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can view and compare plans at any time from Settings → Billing or the public pricing page.
To upgrade, go to Settings → Billing and click "Change Plan." Select your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately — you'll get instant access to the higher plan's limits (more seats, more connected accounts, longer data retention). We prorate the difference so you only pay for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g., you have 8 team members but are downgrading to Starter which allows 3), you'll be prompted to reduce usage before the downgrade activates. Your data is never deleted during a downgrade.
All invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Each invoice shows the plan, billing period, amount, and payment status. Click any invoice to download a PDF. Invoices are generated on your billing date and emailed to the account owner automatically.
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and process payments through Paddle, our payments infrastructure partner. Click "Update" to enter new card details. The change applies to your next billing cycle. We do not store card numbers directly — Paddle handles all payment processing securely.
To cancel, go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your paid period. After cancellation, your account enters a 30-day grace period where your data is preserved but read-only. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. You can reactivate at any time during the grace period.
Enterprise plans include custom seat limits, dedicated support, SLA guarantees, and SSO. Annual billing is available on all plans at a 20% discount. Contact [email protected] for Enterprise pricing or to switch to annual billing.
