Welcome to RevenueProven

RevenueProven connects your LinkedIn Ads engagement data to your CRM so you can prove which campaigns drive real pipeline and revenue. This guide walks you through the entire setup — from creating your account to seeing your first attribution report.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit revenueproven.com and click "Get Started." Enter your work email, set a password, and verify your email address. You'll land on your dashboard immediately after verification. No credit card is required for the 14-day free trial.

Step 2: Connect LinkedIn Ads

Navigate to Dashboard → Connections and click "Connect LinkedIn Ads." You'll be redirected to LinkedIn's OAuth flow. Sign in with the account that has admin access to your LinkedIn Ads account, approve the permissions, and you're connected. RevenueProven requests read-only access — we never modify your campaigns.

Step 3: Connect Your CRM

Back on the Connections page, click "Connect HubSpot" (or Salesforce). Authenticate with your CRM credentials and approve the integration. RevenueProven pulls your companies and deals to match against LinkedIn engagement data.

Step 4: Run Your First Sync

Once both connections are active, click "Sync Now" on your dashboard. The sync pipeline pulls your LinkedIn campaign data, resolves engaged companies, matches them to your CRM records, and calculates attribution. Your first sync typically completes in 2–4 minutes depending on campaign volume.

Step 5: Explore Your Data

Head to the Attribution dashboard to see your influenced pipeline and revenue. Use the date range selector to adjust your lookback window. Click into any company row for a detailed engagement timeline showing every LinkedIn touchpoint mapped to CRM deal stages.
