Scheduled Email Reports

Scheduled Email Reports

Set up automatic CSV or PDF report deliveries on a recurring schedule. Available on Growth plans and above, scheduled reports send data directly to any email address so your team stays informed without logging in every time.

Scheduled email reports deliver a snapshot of your Ads Report data to any email address on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Reports arrive as an attachment in CSV or PDF format, making them easy to forward to stakeholders or open in a spreadsheet. This feature is available on Growth plans and above.

The Schedule Report dialog lets you name a schedule and choose a report category, delivery frequency, and file format.

Creating a Schedule

Open the Scheduled Reports card on the Ads Report page. It is collapsed by default. Click to expand, then select "New schedule". You will be asked to choose a report category, a delivery frequency, a file format, and one or more recipient email addresses.

  • When creating a schedule, you choose the delivery hour (0 to 23) and the timezone.
  • Daily: delivers every day at your chosen time.
  • Weekly: delivers once a week on the same weekday as your first send.
  • Monthly: delivers once a month on the same day of the month as your first send.
  • CSV includes all visible columns as raw data rows, ready for spreadsheet tools.
  • PDF renders the table with your current column order and active filters applied.

Schedule Limits

Each account can have up to five active schedules at one time. If you reach this limit, pause or delete an existing schedule before creating a new one. Pausing a schedule stops delivery and frees up one slot toward your limit, while keeping all the schedule settings intact so you can re-enable it later.

Report Categories

Each schedule is tied to a report category, which determines which metrics and filters are included in the delivered file. You can use one of the four built-in preset categories or assign a custom category you have created. Changing the category on an existing schedule takes effect from the next scheduled delivery.

Delivery and Troubleshooting

Reports are sent from a verified Revenue Proven address. If a delivery fails, the system retries automatically. You can see the status of recent deliveries in the schedule detail view. If a recipient is not receiving emails, ask them to check their spam folder and allowlist the sender domain.

Editing or Deleting a Schedule

Click the three-dot menu on any schedule row to edit its settings or delete it permanently. Edits apply to future deliveries and do not affect reports already sent. Deleting a schedule frees up one slot toward your five-schedule limit immediately.
