Filters and Saved Views
Every Revenue Proven report supports filtering by date range, lookback window, industry, deal stage, and other dimensions. Ten preset marketing views give you a starting point, and saved views let you bookmark your own configurations.
Filters scope a report down to the rows that matter for the question you are asking. Saved views capture a useful filter combination under a name you choose so you can reopen the same report without reconfiguring everything from scratch.

Available Filter Dimensions
- Date range: pick a preset window or set a custom from-and-to range.
- Lookback window: choose from 7, 30, 60, 90, or 180 days. Free plans are limited to 7 and 30 days only.
- Industry, country, and employee size band (when those fields are populated in your CRM).
- Deal stage, deal owner, and deal amount range.
- LinkedIn campaign, campaign group, and ad account (when filtering the Ads Report).
Saved Views
After configuring filters and column visibility, open the view picker and save the current configuration with a short descriptive name. Saved views are shared across your workspace, so every teammate sees the same set. Name them clearly enough to be useful for the whole team.
Preset Marketing Views
Revenue Proven ships ten preset views organized across three categories. Acquisition views: High Intent (Non-CRM), Organic Growth, and Top Tier Accounts. Optimization views: Low Efficiency Spend, Low CTR / High Impr, and Anomalous Traffic. Sales Alignment views: Sales Qualified, Stalled Pipeline, Active Pipeline, and CRM Nurture. Start from any preset and customize it before saving your own copy.
Sharing What You See
Because saved views are workspace-shared, a teammate can open the same configuration you set up without you sending a link. For one-off shares, copy the URL while your filters are active. The URL encodes the active filter state and can be pasted directly into a message.

How this fits the attribution workflow
Revenue Proven connects LinkedIn Ads engagement to CRM revenue at the company level, so B2B teams can prove which campaigns influenced real pipeline and closed-won deals. This part of the product supports that goal by keeping company-level attribution accurate and easy to act on.
It pulls company-level engagement from the LinkedIn Ad Analytics API across five lookback windows (180, 90, 60, 30, and 7 days), matches those companies to HubSpot or Salesforce accounts by domain and name, and surfaces influenced pipeline and influenced revenue alongside a company-by-company journey timeline. Reviewing this regularly helps you spot which campaigns and accounts are driving measurable pipeline, and which are not yet converting engagement into opportunities.
