Exporting Reports: CSV and PDF

Revenue Proven delivers data as CSV for analysis and as PDF for presentations. This guide explains when to use each format and what each one includes.

Revenue Proven supports two export formats: CSV for downstream analysis in spreadsheets or other tools, and PDF for human-readable reports you can attach to an email or insert into a slide deck. Both are available as Scheduled Email Report attachments. CSV is also downloadable from select tables in the dashboard that provide a built-in download option.

CSV and PDF are the two formats available for scheduled report delivery.

When to Use CSV

  • Pulling data into Google Sheets, Excel, or a BI tool for further analysis.
  • Feeding numbers into a finance reconciliation workflow.
  • Sharing the underlying data with a stakeholder who wants to filter or pivot it themselves.

When to Use PDF

  • Quarterly business review decks and executive reports where formatting matters.
  • Email attachments for stakeholders who do not have a Revenue Proven account.
  • Point-in-time snapshots you want to archive without the data changing later.

What Gets Included

Scheduled reports include the columns and filter configuration set when you create the schedule. Tables with a built-in CSV download export the rows currently visible with only the selected columns. Hidden columns are excluded in both cases, and sort order is preserved in the output.

Scheduled Exports

Scheduled email reports automate CSV or PDF delivery on a cadence you choose. The schedule captures the view configuration at create time so each delivery uses the same filters and columns without any manual action on your part. Scheduled reports are available on Growth plans and above. See "Scheduled Email Reports" for the full setup.

How this fits the attribution workflow

Revenue Proven connects LinkedIn Ads engagement to CRM revenue at the company level, so B2B teams can prove which campaigns influenced real pipeline and closed-won deals. This part of the product supports that goal by keeping reporting accurate and easy to act on.

It pulls company-level engagement from the LinkedIn Ad Analytics API across five lookback windows (180, 90, 60, 30, and 7 days), matches those companies to HubSpot or Salesforce accounts by domain and name, and surfaces influenced pipeline and influenced revenue alongside a company-by-company journey timeline. Reviewing this regularly helps you spot which campaigns and accounts are driving measurable pipeline, and which are not yet converting engagement into opportunities.
