Exporting and Sharing Report Data

Exporting and Sharing Report Data

Get Ads Report data out of Revenue Proven through scheduled email delivery, one-off CSV downloads from select tables, or a shareable filtered URL. Learn which method fits each situation.

Revenue Proven gives you several ways to get reporting data out of the platform. Scheduled Email Reports are the primary path for recurring delivery of Ads Report data. Some other tables in the dashboard offer a built-in one-off CSV download. For quick sharing, copy the page URL while your filters are active.

Scheduled Email Delivery

Scheduled Email Reports are the primary way to export Ads Report data. Set up a schedule once and Revenue Proven sends a CSV or PDF attachment to any email address you specify on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. The report uses the columns and filters configured at creation time, so recipients receive a consistent snapshot without any manual action after the initial setup. Scheduled reports are available on Growth plans and above.

Getting a PDF

PDF is available as a Scheduled Email Report attachment only. There is no manual PDF export on the Ads Report page. To receive a PDF, create a Scheduled Email Report and choose PDF or CSV+PDF as the file format. The PDF renders your column order and active filters at the time each delivery runs.

One-Off CSV Downloads

Some tables in Revenue Proven include a built-in CSV download option. For example, the Company Insights table and the Ads Manager campaign table provide a download button that exports the rows and columns currently visible. The Ads Report metrics table does not have its own export button; use a Scheduled Email Report for that data.

  • Column headers in downloaded CSV files match the display labels shown in the table.
  • Numeric values are unformatted so they are safe to use in spreadsheet formulas.
  • Active filters apply, so the download contains only the rows currently visible.

Sharing a Filtered View

The current URL of the Ads Report page captures your active filters and date range. Copy the URL from your browser address bar and paste it into a message to share your exact view with a teammate. Your selected report category is saved as a per-user preference rather than encoded in the URL, so the recipient will see the same filters and date range with their own category preference applied. The recipient must have access to your Revenue Proven workspace to open the link.

Data Freshness

Exported data reflects the state of your account at the moment the export runs. Attribution metrics depend on completed sync cycles, so exporting right after a sync completes gives you the most current numbers. Check the sync status indicator in the top navigation to confirm the latest sync timestamp before exporting for critical reports.
