Agency Workspaces and Client Rollup

Agency Workspaces and Client Rollup

Growth plans and above support belonging to multiple client workspaces. The Workspaces rollup surfaces every accessible client workspace's connection health, sync status, and recent activity in one place. The Agency plan is built for managing 50 client ad accounts across 50 seats.

On Growth plans and above, a Revenue Proven account can belong to multiple client workspaces. The Workspaces rollup view aggregates connection health, sync activity, and status signals across every accessible client so you can triage problems without switching workspaces one by one. The Agency plan is purpose-built for this workflow, supporting up to 50 ad accounts and 50 team seats.

Revenue Proven attribution dashboard with Company Insights table
Inside each client workspace, the standard dashboard shows the same KPI strip and Company Insights table you use for your own data.

What the Rollup Shows

  • Connection health per client (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce connected and active).
  • Last successful sync timestamp per client.
  • Open issues per client (missed schedules, sync failures, disconnected integrations).
  • A quick-open button that switches you into the client workspace.

How Workspace Membership Works

Each client engagement is its own workspace with its own integrations, data, and saved views. Your account must be a team member of a client workspace to see it in the rollup. The rollup derives the list of accessible workspaces from your current team memberships, so it always reflects who has actually granted you access.

Switching Between Workspaces

From the rollup, click into any client workspace to open it in the standard dashboard view. Every action inside that workspace, including saved views, scheduled reports, and team role assignments, applies only to that client. Use the workspace switcher in the top navigation to move between clients without returning to the rollup.

Reporting to Clients

Set up scheduled email reports inside each client workspace and address them to the client's stakeholders. The Workspaces rollup is for your internal operations. Per-workspace scheduled reports are how clients see their results.

How this fits the attribution workflow

Revenue Proven connects LinkedIn Ads engagement to CRM revenue at the company level, so B2B teams can prove which campaigns influenced real pipeline and closed-won deals. This part of the product supports that goal by keeping team workspaces accurate and easy to act on.

It pulls company-level engagement from the LinkedIn Ad Analytics API across five lookback windows (180, 90, 60, 30, and 7 days), matches those companies to HubSpot or Salesforce accounts by domain and name, and surfaces influenced pipeline and influenced revenue alongside a company-by-company journey timeline. Reviewing this regularly helps you spot which campaigns and accounts are driving measurable pipeline, and which are not yet converting engagement into opportunities.
