Ad Set Analytics and Per-Creative Performance

Ad Set Analytics and Per-Creative Performance

The Ad Set Analytics page shows campaign and ad-set performance with expandable per-creative rows. Creative metrics are pulled from LinkedIn on demand when you expand a row and are not stored historically.

The Ad Set Analytics page (found at /dashboard/campaigns) displays your LinkedIn campaign and ad-set performance in a sortable table. Expand any row to see a per-creative breakdown for that ad set. Creative metrics are fetched from LinkedIn at the moment you open the row rather than being read from stored history.

Expanding an ad-set row fetches per-creative metrics from LinkedIn on demand.

How to Use the Page

  • Open /dashboard/campaigns to see the campaign and ad-set summary table
  • Click any row to expand the per-creative sub-table for that ad set
  • Review impressions, clicks, spend, engagement, video, lead, and social metrics per creative
  • Adjust which columns appear in the sub-table using the column-preference control; your selection is saved
  • The default date window is the last 30 days; change the date range at the top of the page

What Is and Is Not Stored

Creative names and thumbnail metadata are cached so rows load quickly on repeat views. Creative performance metrics, such as impressions and clicks, are not stored historically in Revenue Proven. Each time you expand a row the page makes a live call to LinkedIn and shows current data. You cannot query creative performance trends over time from this page.

Limitations to Know

  • If LinkedIn cannot resolve a creative, the row shows the raw URN identifier rather than a readable name
  • Creative metric history is not retained; only name and thumbnail data is cached
  • This page is separate from Ads Manager and does not support status mutations or bulk operations
  • Access requires only a login; no premium plan is needed for the Ad Set Analytics view itself

How this fits the attribution workflow

Revenue Proven connects LinkedIn Ads engagement to CRM revenue at the company level, so B2B teams can prove which campaigns influenced real pipeline and closed-won deals. This part of the product supports that goal by keeping company-level attribution accurate and easy to act on.

It pulls company-level engagement from the LinkedIn Ad Analytics API across five lookback windows (180, 90, 60, 30, and 7 days), matches those companies to HubSpot or Salesforce accounts by domain and name, and surfaces influenced pipeline and influenced revenue alongside a company-by-company journey timeline. Reviewing this regularly helps you spot which campaigns and accounts are driving measurable pipeline, and which are not yet converting engagement into opportunities.
