Invite Your Team to Revenue Proven

Add colleagues to your Revenue Proven workspace so sales, marketing, and ops can access the same attribution data. Team seats are available on Growth plans and above.

Attribution data is most useful when the whole revenue team can see it. Demand gen checks which campaigns are driving pipeline signals, sales sees which accounts have fresh buying signals, and RevOps tracks influence across all open opportunities. Inviting teammates puts everyone on the same dataset without sharing credentials.

Team seats are available on Growth plans and above. Growth includes up to 5 seats, Scale includes up to 10, and Agency includes up to 50. Free and Pro workspaces are single-user only. Upgrade from Settings > Subscription to unlock team access.

How to invite a team member

  • Go to Settings, then Team.
  • Click Invite Viewer.
  • Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click Send Invite.
  • Revenue Proven sends an invitation email with a link to join your workspace.
  • The invited person clicks the link, creates an account or signs in with an existing one, and lands directly in your workspace.
  • Invited teammates appear in the Team list with Pending status until they accept.

Best practices

  • Invite your demand gen lead, sales manager, and RevOps owner at the same time so the whole revenue team has context from the first review session.
  • Reserve the Admin role for the person responsible for managing connections and billing. Viewers can fully explore data but cannot change integrations or invite additional users.
  • Set up a weekly or bi-weekly review cadence before inviting the team so everyone has a shared time to look at the data together.
  • Remove former employees from the Team page immediately when they leave. Their access is revoked as soon as you remove them.

Common mistakes

  • Attempting to invite team members on a Free or Pro plan. Invitations cannot be sent until the workspace is on Growth or above.
  • Sending the invite to a personal email address. Team members should join with their work email so their access is tied to the company.
  • Giving everyone the Admin role. Admins can change connections, billing, and team membership. Limit this role to the workspace owner and a designated backup.
  • Leaving pending invitations for departed employees. Cancel unused invitations from the Team list to keep your seat count accurate.

FAQ

Can a team member apply their own filters without affecting what I see?

Yes. Filters, lookback windows, and sort settings are per-session and per-user. One teammate changing their view does not affect another teammate's view.

What can a Viewer role do compared to an Admin?

Viewers can view all attribution data, apply filters, and explore every dashboard feature. They cannot modify connections, change billing, or invite additional team members. Only Admins can do those things.

What happens if an invited person does not accept?

They appear as Pending in the Team list. You can resend the invitation at any time from the Team page.

Is there a seat limit on my plan?

Yes. Growth includes 5 seats, Scale includes 10, and Agency includes 50. If you need more, contact support to discuss a plan upgrade or Enterprise pricing.

Troubleshooting

  • Invite Viewer button is missing or greyed out: your workspace is on a Free or Pro plan. Upgrade to Growth or above to enable team seats.
  • The invited person did not receive the email: ask them to check spam and quarantine folders. You can resend the invitation from the Team page.
  • A team member cannot see the same data you see: confirm they logged in at the correct URL and that their account is linked to your workspace, not a separate account they may have created.
  • You have reached your seat limit: upgrade your plan from Settings > Subscription or contact support for Enterprise options.
