Choosing the Right Plan for Your Organization

Choosing the Right Plan for Your Organization

Revenue Proven offers Free, Pro, Growth, Scale, Agency, and Enterprise tiers. This guide explains what differs across plans and which tier fits common team shapes.

The plan you choose controls how many ad accounts you can connect, which advanced tools you can access, how many team members you can invite, and how long your historical data is retained. Picking the right plan upfront means you are not blocked by limits the moment your team starts relying on the data.

This article is relevant to anyone evaluating Revenue Proven, from a solo marketer on Free to a multi-client agency considering Agency tier. No plan is required to read it.

How to choose your plan

  • Start on Free to validate that your LinkedIn Ads engagement data flows in and that company-level matching works with your CRM.
  • Upgrade to Pro once core attribution is confirmed and you want more ad accounts, more matched companies, and all five lookback windows.
  • Move to Growth when your team needs Media Planning, Competitor Intel, the Ads Operations Suite, or team collaboration seats.
  • Choose Scale or Agency based on team size and the number of ad accounts you manage.
  • Add the AI Discovery add-on to any paid plan if you want to track visits from AI search engines and measure your brand's share of voice in large language model responses.

Plan tiers at a glance

  • Free: 1 Ad Account, up to 500 matched companies, 7 and 30 day lookback windows, single user, HubSpot only. Use it to validate data flow before committing.
  • Pro: 3 Ad Accounts, up to 20,000 matched companies, all five lookback windows, single user. Best for solo marketers who need broader coverage.
  • Growth: 10 Ad Accounts, 5 team seats, unlocks Media Planning, Competitor Intel, Ads Manager, Ads Composer, Ads Library, Automated Campaigns, and Salesforce CRM connection.
  • Scale: 15 Ad Accounts, 10 team seats, 180 days data retention. Best for marketing teams of 10 or more.
  • Agency: 50 Ad Accounts and 50 seats, with cross-client workspace management for agencies serving multiple brands.
  • Enterprise: dedicated SLAs, advanced security and compliance options (contact sales).

Best practices

  • Always start on Free. Connect LinkedIn Ads, connect your CRM, run a sync, and confirm company data appears correctly before spending on a plan.
  • Upgrade before a major campaign cycle, not during one. New plan features take effect immediately but syncing additional historical data requires one full sync cycle.
  • If you are an agency managing more than a handful of clients, start on Agency to get the multi-client workspace view from day one.
  • Add the AI Discovery add-on after your core attribution is working, not as your first purchase.

Common mistakes

  • Starting on Growth or higher without first verifying that your data flows correctly on Free. Attribution problems that exist on Free persist on paid plans.
  • Assuming all features are available on all plans. Media Planning, Competitor Intel, Ads Manager, Ads Composer, Ads Library, Automated Campaigns, and Salesforce CRM connection all require Growth or above.
  • Confusing team seats with plan limits. Seat limits control how many people access your workspace. Plan limits control how many ad accounts and matched companies Revenue Proven tracks. Both scale with your tier.
  • Upgrading based on advertised features rather than actual use. Use the Free plan until you hit a specific limit that blocks your work, then upgrade to the tier that removes that limit.

FAQ

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Existing synced data remains in your workspace. Features tied to the higher plan become inaccessible, and future syncs respect the limits of your new plan.

Is the AI Discovery add-on included in any plan?

AI Discovery is a separate $49 per month add-on that can be layered on top of any paid plan. It is not bundled into Free, Pro, Growth, Scale, or Agency by default.

Does Salesforce connection require a specific plan?

Yes. Salesforce CRM connection requires a Growth plan or above. HubSpot is available on all plans including Free.

Can I upgrade mid-month?

Yes. Plan upgrades take effect immediately and billing is adjusted for the remainder of your current billing period.

Troubleshooting

  • A feature appears locked even though you are on the right plan: try logging out and back in to refresh your session. If the feature is still locked, check Settings > Subscription to confirm your plan and contact support if something looks wrong.
  • You are not sure which plan you are on: go to Settings > Subscription. Your current plan and its limits are displayed there.
  • You want to cancel or change your plan: use the Customer Portal link in Settings > Subscription to manage your subscription.
