Create Your Revenue Proven Account

Create Your Revenue Proven Account

Sign up, verify your email, and provision your workspace in under five minutes. This guide covers the full account-creation flow and what gets created behind the scenes.

Before you can connect integrations or run attribution, you need a verified Revenue Proven account. Every integration, attribution record, saved view, and scheduled report lives inside the workspace created for you at sign-up.

Account creation is free. Every new account starts on the Free plan automatically. You can upgrade to Pro, Growth, Scale, or Agency at any time from Settings > Subscription.

How to create your account

  • Open the Revenue Proven sign-up page and enter your work email plus a password of at least eight characters.
  • Revenue Proven sends a verification email immediately. Click the link in that email to activate your account.
  • Choose a workspace name, typically your company name. It will be visible to any team members you invite later.
  • You land on the dashboard with empty-state prompts guiding you to connect your first integration.

Best practices

  • Use your work email, not a personal address, so the workspace stays tied to your company even if you change roles.
  • Choose a workspace name your whole team will recognize, usually the company or brand name.
  • Complete email verification right away. Some features are restricted until your email is confirmed.
  • Bookmark the app URL after your first login so you do not have to search for it later.

Common mistakes

  • Signing up with a personal email address. If you leave the company, your team loses access to the workspace because it is tied to your personal account.
  • Skipping email verification. Unverified accounts have limited access. Click the verification link in your welcome email before doing anything else.
  • Choosing a workspace name that is too generic, like "Marketing" or "Test." Your team members will see this name when they join, so make it recognizable.
  • Creating a second account instead of using a join link. If a teammate already created a workspace and invited you, use their invite link rather than signing up independently.

FAQ

What plan do I start on?

Every new account starts on the Free plan. It includes core attribution with one LinkedIn Ads account, HubSpot CRM connection, and up to 500 matched companies.

Can I change my workspace name after signing up?

Yes. Your workspace name can be updated from Settings at any time.

What if I do not receive the verification email?

Check your spam and quarantine folders first. You can request a new verification link from the login page. If your corporate mail server is blocking it, ask your IT team to allowlist the Revenue Proven sender address.

Can I use Revenue Proven without connecting a CRM?

Yes. You will see LinkedIn Ads engagement data and company-level reach without pipeline values. For full attribution including deal stage and influenced revenue, you need a connected CRM.

Troubleshooting

  • Verification email not arriving: check spam, request a new link from the login page, or ask IT to allowlist the Revenue Proven sender.
  • Cannot log in after verifying: try clearing your browser cache, or use the Forgot password flow to reset your credentials.
  • Dashboard appears empty after first login: this is expected. Connect LinkedIn Ads and your CRM, then run a sync to populate attribution data.
  • Accidentally created two accounts: contact support to merge or delete the duplicate account.
