Prompt Monitoring
Define the buyer questions you want to track, run them across three AI engine labels, and see how often your brand appears in the responses.
Prompt Monitoring lets you define the questions your buyers might ask an AI assistant and track whether your brand appears in the responses. Each prompt you add is queued against three engine labels (openai, anthropic, and google) through Revenue Proven's self-hosted, OpenAI-compatible proxy. Results are stored, evaluated for brand mentions and sentiment, and surfaced on your dashboard.

How prompt monitoring works
When you add a prompt, Revenue Proven immediately enqueues a run across all three engine labels. The engine labels (openai, anthropic, google) are mapped to models on Revenue Proven's self-hosted proxy. Runs do not call consumer chat products or public AI APIs directly. Each run stores the raw response, the model used, whether your brand was mentioned, the sentiment score, and any competitor mentions detected. Active prompts are automatically re-run on a scheduled basis to keep results current.
How to use it
- In the left sidebar, open AI Discovery and click Prompts
- Click Add Prompt and enter the buyer question you want to track, including your brand name and any competitor names you want to monitor
- Click Save to queue the first run immediately across all three engine labels
- Use the Pause button to temporarily stop scheduled re-runs for a prompt without deleting it
- Click Re-run on any prompt to trigger a fresh run outside the regular schedule
- Click Delete to permanently remove a prompt and stop all future runs

Prompt evaluation uses an LLM-based JSON evaluation step on Revenue Proven's self-hosted proxy, not provider-native analytics. Because runs go through the proxy, they do not consume tokens on any third-party AI account or appear in external usage dashboards.
