Ads Library: Manage Your Creative Assets
Ads Library is a searchable repository for creative assets you upload directly and ad creatives synced from your LinkedIn account. Learn how to browse and filter assets, upload images, videos, and documents, and the size and format limits for each upload type.
Ads Library is a searchable repository that holds two types of content side by side: uploaded creative assets that you manage directly in Revenue Proven, and ad creatives that have been synced from your connected LinkedIn account. You can use the library to browse, filter, and tag your assets, upload new images, videos, and documents to use in Ads Composer, and review the creative cards that LinkedIn sync has brought in.

What Ads Library Does
- Browse and filter assets by ad account, type (image, video, document), source, status, folder, and tag
- Search by asset name or tag across the full library
- Sort and paginate the asset list
- Optionally include synced ad creatives as cards alongside your uploaded assets
- Edit tags, notes, and locked metadata on any asset
- Upload images up to 36 MB in png, jpeg, or gif format
- Upload videos up to 200 MB in mp4, mov, avi, or webm format
- Upload documents up to 100 MB in pdf, doc, docx, ppt, or pptx format
How to Use It
Navigate to Ads Library in the sidebar. Use the filter bar to narrow the view by account, file type, or status. To upload a new asset, click the upload button, select your file, and confirm. Revenue Proven validates the file size and format before the upload begins. For images and documents, a failure is reported immediately if the upload does not complete within the expected window. For videos, if processing does not finish in time, the asset is saved with a "processing" status and a background job attempts to recover its final state. Once an asset is uploaded and available, you can select it from Ads Composer when building or editing a creative.
Limitations
- Synced ad creatives from LinkedIn appear as cards in the library for reference, but they are not treated as uploadable asset records and cannot be reused through the upload path in Ads Composer.
- A video that does not finish processing within the expected window is saved with a "processing" status. A background recovery job attempts to complete it. If recovery fails, the asset record is updated to reflect the failure.
- Image and document uploads that time out report a failure immediately. No background recovery runs for those file types.
- Uploads require a valid LinkedIn token and a resolvable ad-account owner organization. A stale LinkedIn sync can block an upload. Re-syncing your LinkedIn connection resolves most upload issues.
- Uploads are subject to a per-tenant rate limit.
Ads Library is available on Growth, Scale, Agency, and Enterprise plans.
